The retreat is organized by Maitreya Sangha Israel (registered nonprofit) – the student community of Lama Glenn. All organizers work on a voluntary basis and do not receive any payment for their work from any source.

1. Cancellation Policy.
   Our cancellation policy is subject to the cancellation policy of the hosting venue.
   1. Until March 25, 2026 – full refund
   2. From March 25 until one week before the retreat – 50% Refund
   3. One week before the retreat – no refund
   4. If the retreat cannot take place due to circumstances beyond the organizers’ control, participants will receive a full refund. This decision will be made by the organizers.
2. The participant acknowledges that, if necessary due to an insufficient number of registrants or other circumstances, the organizers may relocate the retreat or hold it without overnight accommodation. Participants will be informed in advance, and in the case of a non-residential format, the accommodation portion of the fee will be refunded.
3. Participants acknowledge that they are responsible for arranging and covering all transportation costs, including travel to Israel and transportation within Israel during the retreat.
4. Participants purchasing a 4-night lodging ticket further acknowledge that accommodation for the fifth night is not included and must be arranged independently at their own expense.
5. The participant declares that they have no physical or mental condition that would prevent them from participating in the event and that they take full responsibility for their participation. The participant also acknowledges that some of the facilities used for the events are not accessible and waives any claims in this regard.
6. No materials or recordings from any events, teachings, or retreats of Maitreya Sangha Israel (past or future) may be distributed, including but not limited to the creation of transcripts, translations, summaries, or any other derivative works; the production of books or publications of any kind; or the distribution of materials in any form, whether printed or digital.

   Maitreya Sangha Israel and Its Teachers (Lama Glenn Mullin and Drupon Chongwol la) are the sole entities responsible for the content and its distribution.

   All rights to the teachings and materials presented within the framework of Maitreya Sangha (including Maitreya Sangha Israel) belong exclusively to the teaching instructor – Lama Glenn or Drupon Chongwol-la. No individual is permitted to create, publish, or distribute these materials or any derivative works (such as translations, compilations, etc.) without the teacher’s explicit written consent.

   We also wish to clarify that Maitreya Sangha Israel is the only authorized body permitted to publish, in any language, under the name “Maitreya Sangha Israel,” and that the name or logo may not be used in any publication not issued by the association without prior explicit written approval
