Starting on Saturday, August 9th, and for 12 weeks, Lama Glenn will be giving online teachings via Zoom on Vajrayogini, the extremely secret dakini of Naropa.
Vajrayogini is a representation of complete enlightenment in female form.
Vajrayogini practice belongs to the Dakini or Mother class of Highest Yoga Tantras
and is derived from the Chakrasamvara Tantra.
This cycle of teaching will train participants in the Generation Stage practices of Vajrayogini, known as the 11 Yogas of Vajrayogini, and the Completion Stage practices of Vajrayogini within the framework of the Six Yogas (Tummo, Illusory Body, Clear Light, Dream Yoga, Bardo Yoga, and Phowa).
Special teachings will be transmitted on the practices of longevity and of enlightened death (Powha) of ‘White Vajrayogini.
The cycle of teachings includes the Vajrayogini empowerment (tantric initiation) that will be given towards the end of the course. Receiving it is a requirement to continue with the practice after the 12 weeks of teachings
In addition, twice a week, on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, Drupon Chongwol ‘La (Lama Glenn’s Retreat Master) will give clarification sessions on the teachings presented.
Online Series Format
Each of the weekly meetings will be held via Zoom, with an approximate duration of 60-90 minutes.
Lama Glenn and Chongwol ‘La will give their sessions in English and there will be translation into Hebrew, Korean, Russian, Spanish and Portuguese.

Clarification sessions with Chongwol ‘La
Twice a week, Drupon Chongwol La will lead clarification and practice sessions on the weekly subjects taught by Lama Glenn. Participants can attend both clarification sessions or one, as their schedule permits.

All sessions will be recorded and will be available for the duration of the course and one month after the end of the course.
Prerequisites
Usually, a prerequisite is an initiation in one of the Buddhist Dakini Tantras. This is not required, unless one wishes to continue the practice beyond the 12-week schedule.
For those who want to continue the practice; Lama Glenn will offer the empowerment during the 12-week program
Requirements
Each week a new practice will be given, of increasing complexity; the main requirement to which each participant must commit is a daily sadhana / mantra / tummo practice of at least 30 minutes during the training program.

About the teachers
Lama Glenn Mullin
Lama Glenn is the author of over thirty books on Tibetan Buddhism, many of which have been translated into a dozen foreign languages. His earlier titles focus on the lives and works of the early Dalai Lamas. Other titles of his elucidate practice traditions such as Lam Rim, Lojong, the Six Yogas of Naropa, Kalachakra, and so forth. He has been an international teacher of Tantric Buddhist meditation for the past thirty years – with thousands of students all around the world . Lama Glenn lived in Dharamsala, India, for some fifteen years. There he studied under twenty-five of the greatest masters of Tibet, including the Dalai Lama and his two main gurus.
Drupon Chongwol-la
Drupon Chongwol la is Lama Glenn’s retreat master (drupon)and an accomplished teacher of Vajrayana Buddhist tantra and Tummo.
Chongwol-la was born in South Korea and raised in the United States. He spent sixteen years as a monk in the Zen Buddhist tradition,and since 2007 has practiced Mahayana tantra under the guidance of his root teacher, Lama Glenn
Drupon Chongwol-’la now teaches students around the world – including in Korea, the United States, Russia, Israel, South America.
