8 Weeks Teaching and Practice Series
Introduction to Tantra: The Swift Path To Enlightenment
With Lama Glenn Mullin
Based the 13th Dalai Lama’s “A Brief Guide to the Buddhist Tantras”
Starting Saturday, February 21st 2026 | Online using Zoom
Buddhism teaches that all people have the capacity for deep and lasting happiness. In the ancient tantric tradition, it is said that this awakening can be realized quickly when we learn to meet and make use of all aspects of human experience, including desire, fear, and anger.
In his “Brief Guide to the Buddhist Tantras”, the 13th Dalai Lama presents Tantra as a path in which we practice directly from the perspective of awakening itself, here and now. The Dalai Lama offers a clear and structured map of the entire tantric path, from its foundations to its highest expressions.
In our modern world, filled with emotional overload and constant conflicts, these teachings speak with surprising relevance. Tantra offers direct and skillful methods to transform the very forces that overwhelm us into sources of healing, joy, and wisdom.
In this 8-week series, Lama Glenn will guide participants through an experiential and in-depth introduction to Buddhist Tantras, following the frameworks of this classical text.
The series will include both study and practice and will provide the participants with knowledge, transmissions, and instructions to start practicing this profound path.
In addition, once a week, Drupon Chongwol-La (Lama Glenn’s Retreat Master) will give a clarification session on the teachings presented.
