The famous Buddhist practice of the “Three Wrathfuls” is a powerful tantric method for healing and protection from both internal and external obstacles to life and spiritual practice. It activates the enlightened energies of power, compassion, and wisdom through meditation on the three wrathful deities: Vajrapani, Hayagriva, and Garuda.
This practice is known for its healing and protective qualities. It supports recovery from illness, restores balance and harmony with the environment and all beings around us, strengthens our protective energy, and helps remove obstacles.

ֿ🔹 The event will be broadcast live via Zoom. A recording will be available to participants so they’ll be able to watch at a later time.
🔹 The retreat is suitable for both beginners and experienced practitioners.

About the Teachers:
Lama Glenn Mullin is a senior and beloved teacher of Buddhist Tantra and Tummo.
He is a direct student of His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama and His root teachers are Kyabje Ling Dorjechang Rinpoche and Kyabje Trijang Dorjechang Rinpoche, the personal root teachers of the Dalai Lama.
Lama Glenn has been teaching Tibetan Buddhism for over 30 years to thousands of students worldwide.
Drupon Chongwol La is Lama Glenn’s Retreat Master and a skilled teacher of Buddhist Tantra and Tummo.
He was born in South Korea and grew up in the United States. He served as a Zen monk for 16 years.
Since 2007 he has been practicing Mahayana Tantra under the guidance of his root teacher, Lama Glenn.
